At Afrocoastal Art & Design LLC, each piece is created with care and intention. We ensure your artwork is professionally packaged and shipped safely to your destination.

🚚 Shipping

  • We ship via FedEx, with full insurance and tracking provided on every order.

  • Processing time: Please allow 10–15 business days for packaging and preparation before your order ships.

  • Shipping cost: Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

  • Signature required: A signature will be required upon delivery for added security.

  • International orders: We ship worldwide. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final due to the unique and original nature of our artwork.

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

  • If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us at afrocoastalart_design@afrocoastal.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photographs of the damage and packaging so we can assist with a resolution and file a claim with the carrier.
